The Design Process

1. Initial consultation visit to discuss your project

For any project to be successful you need to have confidence in the team you are working with. For this reason, we always make an initial visit to your home to get to know each other and you can fully explain your requirements. This consultation is free of charge (within a 10 mile radius of London), and we will agree a design process that enables us to work together to create the look you want and will be happy with for many years.

After the first meeting, we would write to you with details of the project specifications, the design fee, stage payments and our terms and conditions of business.

2. Design Stage

Once you confirm the project, a site survey will be carried out and initial ideas will be drawn up and discussed with you.

These ideas will then be developed to create the scheme. The design stage will include storyboards to show the colour scheme and furnishings. We also provide detailed scale drawings of room layouts and a 3D watercolour visual.

3. Project Co-ordination Stage

Once you have approved the design, we will arrange to get quotations from contractors and other suppliers on your behalf to determine the budget required for the project. We will also recommend suppliers for furnishings that will be required to complete the design.

Once you have instructed the contractors and items have been ordered, we will co-ordinate deliveries, oversee works and advise on progress until project completion.
